Clio Flores has been a full time professional dancer her entire adult life. She has experience in yoga, ballet, weightlifting, and floor barre.  She is a STOTT PILATES trained instructor and draws on all of her movement education and background in her teaching. 

She enjoys sharing and working with individuals who want to have a deeper understanding of their body’s fullest potential and embrace a way of moving that facilitates being injury-free.
